Quick Steps (Summary)

1. Register and log in to the OBPS portal.
2. Empanel as a Licensee (Architect or Registered Technical Personnel) under Stakeholder Registration (fees apply accordingly).
3. Perform EDCR scrutiny by uploading the building plan in DXF format, and review the Scrutiny Report.
4. Make corrections if needed and re-upload the revised DXF until it is "Accepted".
5. Submit the Building Permit application, wait for processing, pay fees online, and download the Building Permit or Sanction Order.
